Coaching

I work with a limited number of 1-on-1 coaching clients. If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out.

Executive Coaching

I help successful executives find more fun and fulfillment in their work, strengthen their creative and innovative thinking, and generally become even more of their best selves.

My approach with executives is bespoke and goal-focused. We collaboratively figure out what’s needed to help both themselves and their company thrive — and establish personal KPIs to focus on and measure.

This is ideal for people that are successful, but feeling disconnected or frustrated lately — people who are looking to fall back in love with what they do again.

Business Coaching for Creative Brains

I help support successful creative business people as they create successful businesses for themselves.

I initially started doing this because of the insane number of talented creative people I was seeing displaced from the advertising industry. I’ve repurposed the typical agency “campaign development process,” but applied it to creating a successful business instead of successful campaign. (I’ve got a webinar of this, too.)

Since then, I’ve started working with successful creative brains from many different industries.

This is ideal for creative brains that have had successful careers, but want to make the leap to doing their own thing. They might need help with motivation, inspiration, overcoming fear, wrangling the business stuff, staying organized, staying focused, and figuring out exactly what “their own thing” looks like.
