What's cool about this?
I'll tell you.

There is so much to love about a simple description. What if I just stopped here?

How to know if this workshop
is for your team:

Your team brings smart ideas and thinking, but you’re met with blank stares — or worse, skeptical looks or confusing feedback.

It takes round after round of creative presentations before finally selling a campaign — and it’s never one the team was most excited about.

Every stage of the new business pitch goes great — then another agency wins because the clients liked their idea a little better.

Key Outcomes

✔︎  You’ll have more confident teams

Confidence is a powerful influencer. Clients are looking for partners who are passionate and radiate belief in the solutions they share.

✔︎  You’ll see more engaged and enthusiastic clients

Your team will share concepts in ways that are music to clients’ ears, without getting bogged down in executional details they can’t visualize.

What people are saying:

“I feel like I just got one of those halftime speeches in Friday Night Lights that turns the game around!”

“There is more to being a creative than being creative. Tim helps you explore problems solving skills that will make the work better and make clients buy it.”

“A really powerful and informative experience. Changed my frame when it comes to approaching client problems.”

“Valuable for anyone interested in creating or selling brilliant work. The first step towards finding a better way.”

Tim Leake

For over 25 years, Tim has leveraged creativity and facilitation to drive success for both brands and individuals.

He created award-winning campaigns as a copywriter and creative director. He helped brands and agencies reinvent and transform as a facilitator and speaker. He spent a decade as part of the executive team of one of the largest independent advertising agencies in the country. And he’s spoken multiple times at the Cannes Lions, SXSW, TEDx and on many other global stages.

Workshops are his superpower. He has facilitated groups large and small — and been told he has strong "executive presence" by some very impressive senior executives. Always nice to hear, right?

See below for more of the places he's made an impact.

Let's Lightbulb was founded by Tim Leake — a former ad agency leader, executive facilitator, innovation consultant, creative director and copywriter.

As a company, Let's Lightbulb is new.

But Tim's experience transforming leadership teams through workshops and keynote presentations is not.
