Tim helps people be more successful at their work, by making that work more enjoyable. 

 

With his company Let's Lightbulb, he specifically works with senior executives and leaders to help them solve important challenges in hours, not months — and have a lot of fun doing it. 

 

He has been facilitating workshops with executives for over 15 years. He was part of the c-suite at one of the largest independent advertising agencies in the U.S. for a decade. And he began his career as a copywriter and creative director. 

 

So he brings a unique background of creativity, executive facilitation, and executive leadership experience that very few (if any) can.
 

As an in-demand public speaker, he’s been featured multiple times at the Cannes Lions, SXSW, TEDx and on many other global stages.​
