Tim has been leveraging creativity to help solve business challenges for decades. 

 

Via his company, Let's Lightbulb, he specializes helping senior executives and leaders solve their most valuable challenges in hours, not months — and have a lot of fun doing it. 

 

He has been facilitating workshops with executives for over 17 years. He was part of the c-suite at one of the largest independent advertising agencies in the U.S. for a decade. And he began his career as a copywriter and creative director. 

 

So he brings a unique background of creativity, executive facilitation, and executive leadership experience that very few (if any) can.
 

As an in-demand public speaker, he’s been featured multiple times at the Cannes Lions, SXSW, TEDx and on many other global stages.​
